Stretch

Our unique stretch classes are built on the foundation of yoga with a non-spiritual & more functional approach. They are designed to improve mobility & recovery, ease tension & reduce injury risks. These classes will leave you feeling relaxed & recharged.

HIIT

Our HIIT classes are a full body, calorie-torching, muscle toning workout. These classes are designed to burn fat & define muscles using a unique blend of cardio intervals & strength training in a fun & safe

environment.

Pilates

Pilates is focused on the balanced development of core strength, balance, stability, flexibility, and long lean muscles. It is directed towards total body conditioning and the creation of a perfectly working body – from the inside out.

Barre

This is a 45-minute full body strengthening & toning class. Based on basic principles of Pilates & dance this class is a fantastic way to build strength, endurance, & flexibility while at the same time getting your heart pumping & having fun.

Mommy & Me Fitness

This class is a full body workout aimed at helping you recover post partum. With a combination of pilates, barre and strength training we aim to regain core strength and mobility and get you back into shape. This class is given by a highly qualified post natal instructor which ensures you are in the best and safest hands.

All of this while getting to bond with your little one at the same time.
Babies from 6 weeks to 1 year can join.

PILATES

Group Pilates

Our group classes are offered to a maximum of 8-10 people at a time and are an awesome challenge. These 55-minute classes focus on the Pilates principles and are sure to have you feeling amazing in no time. We will always do our best to put you in the class that will suit you the most. These classes are great fun and will have you feeling strong and healthy in just a few classes!

Pilates Circuit

Challenge yourself to the core while moving through a circuit of Pilates exercises using all our different equipment. This 45-minute class is for 2-5 people who will move from one station to the next in a circuit like fashion. We will use the Cadillac, reformer, chair, balls, bands, barre, mat, weights and suspension trainers to design a workout that will take your fitness to a whole new level.

Privates & Semi-privates

Private Pilates sessions allow for an individualized mat and equipment sessions aimed towards your own individual goals and suited to your times. This is most beneficial to those currently undergoing rehabilitation, new to exercise, athletes, and individuals with specific goals to reach. All private sessions will incorporate both mat and equipment work.

Also on offer are semi-private lessons to groups of 2-8 people who would like to exercise together in their own private group class theses are offered at circuit group class rate.

BARRE

Barre

This is a 45-minute full body strengthening and toning class. Based on basic principles of Pilates and dance this class is a fantastic way to build strength, endurance and flexibility while at the same time getting your heart pumping and having fun. This low impact cardiovascular exercise is great for the development of long lean muscles and no Pilates or dance background is required. This is the perfect exercise class if you are looking to enjoy a fun and energetic workout experience.

STRETCH

Stretch / Yoga

Our unique stretch class is built on the foundation on Yoga but with a non-spiritual and more functional approach. These classes combine fascia release techniques with lengthening stretches to improve mobility, joint range of motion, ease muscle and joint pain, improve recovery and reduce injury risk. These classes will allow you to safely stretch your body from head to toe in a continuous flow of movements. These classes are great for everyone from the elite athlete to sedentary individuals looking to increase flexibility and mobility and they will leave you feeling relaxed and recharged.

Cardio classes

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Our HIIT classes are a full body, calorie-torching, muscle toning workout. These 45-minute classes are designed to burn fat and tone muscles in the most effective way possible. We utilize trampolines, body weight, and gliding discs as cardio intervals with strength training and body weight exercises in between in order to achieve the optimal physical results in a short space of time. This class will have you looking and feeling fit in no time.

Aerobics

Aerobics is a choreographed cardio workout that will boost your confidence while burning calories and pumping up your heart beat. Floor and Step Aerobics is a great way to reduce cardiovascular disease , target body weight loss ,tone and boost your overall mood and energy levels. An excellent way to improve your balance ,coordination ,help manage blood pressure levels as well as increase bone strength !

Fitbox

Fitbox is an amazing way to increase your heart rate AND fitness levels! Fit box is a mixture of HIIT training and boxing. It’s not only fun but challenging using gloves and pad work as well as strength training and cardio!

Suitable for all levels , this 50 minute workout will improve your coordination ,speed , agility and strength while burning lots of calories .

Rebound

Rebound is a very popular calorie burning class. With the use of the trampolines we will have you bouncing into shape in no time. Rebound is great for cardiovascular health, lymph drainage and total  body toning.
